Shipping Policy
Pete’s Skate Shop offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING OR POSTAL on orders of $200.00 or more on standard items in the continental U.S.
Orders on standard items under $200.00 have a flat shipping charge of $10.00 within the continental U.S.
Standard Items and Oversized Shipping Charges:
Standard items are items that can ship in a box or package of 3000 square inches not exceeding any dimension by 30” and less than 30 pounds weight.
Oversized items are items when boxed or packaged are greater than 3000 square inches, no limit on the dimension and greater than 30 pounds. Oversized items will be charged to the buyer at actual shipping costs plus $5.00.
Next-Day or Two-Day Shipping:
Choosing Next-Day or Two-Day Shipping options do not necessarily mean your order will arrive in or on two days. Your choice of shipping will start when your items are ready to ship and if your items are in stock. Pete’s Skate Shop has no weekend pickup or delivery. Next-Day, Two-Day or any other special shipping requests will be charged the actual cost plus $5.00 to the buyer.
Tracking Information:
Pete’s Skate Shop will e-mail you a tracking number when your items ship.
When will your order ship?
Pete’s Skate Shop will make every effort to get your order out within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays.
Misc. Information about Shipping:
- Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the following day.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or placed on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
- Weekends and all U.S. holidays are NOT business days.
- Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via emails as your order is processed.
- Orders shipped via UPS MUST be shipped to a physical address, Pete’s Skate Shop nor UPS will ship to a P.O Box.
- Pete’s Skate Shop reserves the right to refuse shipping to any customer for any reason.
- Orders from a returned item will be charged actual shipping costs plus $5.00.
- Customers may opt to Pick-Up item purchased on-line at no shipping or handling charge.
